We primarily use UPS for all domestic and international shipments. UPS offers reliable and timely delivery services.

Order Processing: Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your order.

Shipping: Once your order has been processed, shipping times will vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. You can expect an estimated delivery time at checkout.

Shipping Delays: While we strive to meet all shipping times, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, holidays, or carrier delays may affect delivery times.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs will be calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.

Shipping rates will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery on the UPS website.  

Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.  

Due to the customized nature of our products, no returns or exchanges will be accepted once the order has gone into production. We recommend that you carefully review your design and all specifications before confirming your purchase.

In the event that the product you receive has a manufacturing defect, you must notify us within 5 business days from the date of delivery. Please attach clear photos of the defect to initiate the evaluation process. We reserve the right to request the return of the product for inspection.

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will proceed to replace the product at no additional cost.

No returns will be accepted for:

Errors in the design provided by the customer.

Changes of opinion about the product.

Natural wear and tear of the product due to use

Important: Colors displayed on screen may vary slightly from the colors of the printed product due to differences in monitor calibration.”
