In the event that the product you receive has a manufacturing defect, you must notify us within 5 business days from the date of delivery. Please attach clear photos of the defect to initiate the evaluation process. We reserve the right to request the return of the product for inspection.
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will proceed to replace the product at no additional cost.
No returns will be accepted for:
Errors in the design provided by the customer.
Changes of opinion about the product.
Natural wear and tear of the product due to use
